To celebrate the 2023 Women’s World Cup, I illustrated assets for a display at my local indie bookstore. The women’s soccer curated display featured miniature character standees of the US Women’s National Soccer Team, all 23 rostered players included. Players were drawn digitally, printed on cardstock, colored and cut out by hand, before being laminated and sent out into the world. The display ran for a month at the bookstore and, miraculously, none of the players were eaten by the resident cats.
