iV. a few thoughts on the voiceover
there's still a few things i want to change about the audio here to make it feel more personal. I think I want to include an opening where the Mom is actively talking to MK, like she is purposely making the recording for the "just in case" kind of scenario. This is a lesson that is important for MK to understand, so I need to figure out how to get that just right.
V. still missing from the animatic because i had just thought about this this morning...
- MK messing with the cassette player to get it to work, wiggling the wires and giving it a good bang
- Shark turning off the recording when he first rolls up to the bridge so we really get the sense that this is A Moment. This is Shark vs. the recording, survival vs. comfort.
- MK gets up and turns it back on. it needs to be obvious that she cares more about this recording than just about anything else.
